From finding your perfect venue to on-site management, 2 the 9s Events can do it all! Full service clients take full advantage of our 15 years experience, our strong relationship with many of the Bay Area’s top vendors and our savvy design and logistical skills. Below is a small glimpse into our vast overall list of services:
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
We create budgets based on our client needs and advise where to focus your budget.
EVENT DESIGN
Based on your initial budget and vision, we create an overall design concept to thread through printed materials, paper goods, décor, florals and lighting design. We create a custom vision board, which would be shared with your vendors as a guide as we move forward with the planning process.
VENDOR SELECTION & CONTRACT NEGOTIATION
We research and secure your perfect vendor partners for you based on budget, design and overall event needs. We negotiate with vendors to make sure you get the best cost, confirm the details, review the contract for any “red flags” prior to officially securing any vendor.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Once vendors have been secured, we work with them to solidify their timing and services, as well as obtain any additional details including rental needs, power needs and any venue required certificates of insurance.
GUEST SERVICES
We negotiate hotel blocks, secure and manage transportation, create and manage your wedding website and much more!
ORGANIZATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As much as we love design, we love logistics just as much! At the beginning of the planning process, we create a pre-production timeline noting tasks and deadline dates. Collaborating with your vendor partners, we create a very detailed timeline and floor plan.
ON-SITE MANAGEMENT & PRODUCTION
We attend and conduct your rehearsal. We oversee your event from load-in to load-out. We keep your event on time. We act as the liaison between your vendor partners and you so you can be a guest at your wedding. On-site, we have a minimum of two planners to provide support throughout your special day.
